Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, opened, tried, or used innerwear cannot be returned.

For multipack purchases, you may open one piece to check its size and quality. The opened piece is not returnable. If you are not satisfied with the size or quality, the remaining pieces may be returned only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Single-piece purchases are not eligible for return. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

How to request a return

Contact Zorbax at +91 86056 36666 within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for the return. Please wait for our team to provide the return instructions and address before sending anything back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, any approved refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Zorbax may decline a return if the items do not meet the conditions in this policy.
